Postage & packaging

UK:  £1.00 plus £0.50 for each standard footbag.

Europe:  £1.50 plus £0.50 for each standard footbag.

\r\n \r\n

Rest of the world: £1.70 plus £0.50 for each standard footbag.

Delivery times

UK:  up to 6 working days.

\r\n \r\n

Europe:   up to 10 working days.

\r\n \r\n

Rest of the world:   up to 3 weeks.

30-day returns guarantee

At Kemari we pride ourselves on delivering superb quality products. However, in the event that you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, we offer a full refund, provided that it is returned unopened in its original packaging and within 30 days.

Should you wish to return a Kemari product, please email us first at customerservices@kemariworld.com stating your order number, product description and the reason for return. We will then issue you with a return ID number so that we can track your return when it reaches us. The customer must pay all postage costs associated with returned goods.

Faulty goods

We take every effort to ensure that all Kemari products reach their destination in perfect condition. However, should a product arrive damaged or faulty, please follow the above return instructions informing us of the problem and we will be happy to refund you or exchange the item.
